1 - Domain Names come with the following CNAMES: www, ftp, pop, imap, and smtp.
2 - Resellers are provided with the capability to disable and enable accounts at their own discretion (see the Account Information section of the Reseller Backroom). This service is provided to our Resellers free of charge. The account re-enable fee only applies if a member of the iServer Staff disables an account. iServer Staff members will disable an account if it is in violation of the Virtual Server Agreement.
