Internet Servers Inc requires that each Virtual Server System be operated under the terms and conditions of the iServer Virtual Server Agreement. The Virtual Server Agreement specifically details and outlines the Scope of Service, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties, Terms of Use, and other important information. As a new iServer customer you will be required to return to us an original signed copy of the Signature Page, so you should review the Virtual Server Agreement carefully.
If you choose to pay for services with a credit card you will need to read and review the Billing Authorization Agreement, Because iServer is determined to prevent fraudulent credit card use, we require all of our customers billed by credit card to return to us an original signed copy of the Billing Authorization Agreement. Please review this document carefully if you are planning on using a credit card as payment for services.
Preformatted Agreements
iServer Resellers can access preformatted agreements in the
Customer Information Section of the Reseller Backroom. Preformatted
agreements are no different than those provided above, however where
appropriate your company information is filled in for you. This service
is provided for your convenience.
